This is because the washing machine is so important to us.
When it stops working it makes a big impact on our lives.

machine did not live up to its cost and promise, you can

rebuild the base to provide a firm, level foundation. Use
the adjustment screws at the base of the machine only for
minor corrections. They should really be screwed in all
the way to provide a firm foundation.
Do install the washing machine on cement,
or on a base that is as solid as cement. I know that many
people want the washer oil the first or second floor. That
makes good sense from the usage point of view. However,
if you do this, realize that the floor should be especially
reinforced under the washer and dryer. Most houses today
are not built solidly enough to provide a movement free
base for the equipment. If the floor starts "bouncing"
in time with the washer rotation, major injury to the WaSherlllily
result.

after you layout install the washing machine on an above
ground When something (T goes wrong, washing machines sometimes
cause flooding conditions. This is a big inconvenience in
the basement. It calls be a major tragedy on the first or
second floor. If your washing machine is oil the second
floor, take a look at what is under it on the first floor.

location for priceless antiques, a grand piano, or a $3000.00
sofa. Make sure your homeowner's insurance policy covers
your rugs and furniture for water damage.
